Application / Registration Fee

The Application Form / Registration Fee is not refundable under any circumstances, whether or not you appear for the selection test.

Students must appear for the selection test as per the schedule (online/offline) at the centre mentioned on the Application Form. If a student misses the selection test for any reason, the Application Form / Registration Fee is not refundable.

Course Fee

Where a refund is applicable, the following deduction schedule applies to the tuition-fee portion:

Refunds are not applicable on Test Series (AITS), Distance Learning Programs (DLP), Video Lecture Programs, Crash Courses, Olympiads and workshops.

The date of fee refund is universal, even if:

• You join late, or after the date of refund is over.
• You do not join or attend even a single class after depositing the course fee.

No fee will be refunded if you leave the course after the last date of refund as mentioned in the Information Bulletin.

How to Request a Refund

• Refund requests through Fax / Telephone / Mobile / SMS will not be entertained.
• Refund requests will be processed only for students who submit the request as a hard copy.
• The refund application must be submitted personally or by post to the Account Manager, Bansal Classes Maharashtra, Pune, Maharashtra – 411004.

The refund request must contain the following details:

• Name, Roll No. and Course of the student.
• Bank details — Bank Name, Account No., Branch, and Name of the account holder (Father / Mother / Student).
• Original Fee Receipt and ID Card.

After receiving the refund application along with the required details, the refund will be initiated within 10–15 working days for those who fulfil the criteria.
